NON-ACADEMIC STAFF APPOINTMENTS
The Christian Service University (CSU), Kumasi is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment as LECTURERS, SENIOR LECTURERS, ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS AND PROFESSORS.

A) INTERNAL AUDITOR
Applications are invited from qualified candidates to take up appointments as Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations in the University by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes, procedures and a sound judgment. Under the direction of the Vice Chancellor, the Internal Auditor shall be responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects of the University.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
i) An MPhil/MBA/MSC or a two-year full-time research Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
ii) A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance as well as the final of any of the relevant professional bodies eg ICA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA and CIA
iii) Not less than 2 years’ work experience in academic/public accounting/auditing and or industry.
iv) Must have working knowledge of software and systems commonly used in Auditing.
v) Must have strong analytical, written/verbal communication and in terpersonal skills.
vi) Must be able to work independently and accurately.
B) ESTATE OFFICER
Applications are invited from qualified applicants to be appointed as Estate Officer who will be responsible for managing the university’s physical assets, including planning, coordination, and supervision of infrastructure, as well as maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all estate assets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
i) Must have an MPhil or a two-year full-time research Master’s degree in the relevant field and a good first degree.
ii) Must have a recognised professional qualification in a relevant field and a certified member of the recognised professional body.
iii) Must have served in a University or an analogous institution for a minimum of two (2) years.
iv) Must have handled projects independently.

i. The Appointment, which is full-time is renewable upon excellent performance,
