CSU Appoints Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Twumasi-Ankrah as Acting Dean of Students

Christian Service University (CSU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Twumasi-Ankrah as the Acting Dean of Students, effective June 1, 2025. He had been holding the role in an interim capacity since May.

Rev. Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah brings to this position a wealth of academic, pastoral, and administrative experience. A Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies and a proud CSU alumnus, he has served the University in multiple leadership roles including Dean of the Weekend School, Chair of the University Mentorship Team, and Coordinator of the MA in Christian Ministry and Management programme.

As Acting Dean of Students, he is responsible for addressing students’ academic, residential, social, and emotional needs. When asked about his new role, he humbly noted that while he may not know the exact reasons behind his appointment, he believes CSU can count on him for students’ discipline, ethical leadership, and advocacy for fair treatment.

“Drink deep or taste not. A vision that is incapable of making you is not a strong vision”—Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah continues to inspire and model transformative leadership among students and staff alike.

Management congratulates Rev. Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah on this well-deserved appointment and wishes him great success in championing student welfare and development at CSU.
