Staff Spotlight: Linda Abekiya Adoliporem
Meet Linda Abekiya Adoliporem, a long-serving and dedicated staff of Christian Service University whose inspiring journey from a cleaner to a degree holder and Frontline Executive is a powerful testament to perseverance, growth, and the impact of quality education.
Joining CSU in 2005 and serving diligently in the Estate Unit for 14 years, Linda’s passion for growth led her to explore new horizons. In 2019, she transitioned to an administrative role, and today, she proudly serves as the Frontline Executive at CSU, the face that warmly welcomes visitors and handles front desk responsibilities with excellence.
Guided by her Christian values and a desire to tell her story better, Linda eventually earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from CSU—rising from a Senior Secondary School Certificate holder to a confident communicator.
“Being in an academic environment made me realise I could grow beyond cleaning,” she shared. “I wanted to communicate well, overcome fear, and carry myself with purpose.”
Her transformation is not only personal, but inspirational. Linda now speaks confidently, navigates her role with poise, and is already eyeing a Master’s in Communication to further sharpen her skills. She encourages fellow junior staff, especially cleaners and non-degree holders, to take advantage of CSU’s educational opportunities.
Linda is approachable, she loves good music, and she believes in learning beyond limits. She fellowships with the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Trede. She is married and blessed with four children.
Her story proves that at CSU, no dream is too distant and every role can be a platform for growth. Choose CSU, the University of Choice!
