Infrastructure and Non-Residential Facilities
Living on campus connects you to the full range of opportunities that CSU has to offer. This is one reason why nearly all undergraduate students live in hostels on campus. CSU boasts of two (2) traditional hostels – The Executive Hostel (Mixed) and the Annex (Females Only) and three (3) off campus hostels; The Nyantakyi Hostel, The Uzu Hostel and the Atasomanso Hostel.
A number of Private Hostels are available around the campus and in Kumasi for students who, as a result of the limited facilities/rooms could not be admitted as resident students.
Food Joints
CSU and its neighbouring suburbs have amazingly diverse kinds of restaurants serving up selections of local and international cuisine to the university community. The Joint serves as the central food hub on campus, comprising the school’s main cafeteria and several food joints strategically located around the campus. It provides a variety of affordable meal options and refreshments, catering to the diverse dietary needs of students and staff while offering convenient and accessible dining spaces.
Business Centres
The Business Centre on campus serves as a vital support facility for students and staff, offering convenient access to a campus bank for secure and efficient financial services. It also includes a well-equipped printing press located within the library, providing printing, copying, and related services to support academic, research, and administrative activities.
Information Communication Technology
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) unit supports teaching and learning across campus by providing access to a fully equipped library and an e-library with a wide range of digital resources. It also offers free Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus, enabling students and staff to access information, conduct research, and communicate effectively.
