He serves as a reviewer to several local and international journals. The Editorial Board of one of the journals, International Journal of Laboratory Haematology recognised him as one of the journal’s top reviewers in 2011.

He has been an active member of the Ghana Science Association (GSA), for which he served as the National Secretary from 1989 to 1991. Dr. Nsiah is a Local Preacher and Leader in the Methodist Church. He is married with two adult children.

Outlining his vision, Dr. Nsiah said, “from my interaction with the President of the University College and other key members of the Administration, I realise CSUC needs to strengthen the School of Graduate Studies and the Department  of Nursing, as well as prepare the ground for a Physician Assistant programme. Also, there is the need for the setting up of a multi-purpose laboratory. I see these as the charge to me, and my prayer to our never failing Emmanuel is to graciously provide the divine enablement for the tasks ahead.”
